To be honest, I had never had biscotti before I made these peppermint creations. I guess that throws my credibility out the window when I say these are delicious, but while I may not be a biscotti expert I know delicious dessert when I taste one!
If you still have faith in this recipe, then I suggest you dig out your apron and make these stats! These peppermint chocolate biscotti are a lovely addition to a cup of hot chocolate. Who doesn’t want to warm up after a chilly winter day with that combination?! Yum!
Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti
Finishing Touches:
- Dip each biscotti in melted dark chocolate
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint pieces over the chocolate
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate
- Let harden on a non-stick surface
