Homemade Irish Coffee

Homemade Irish Coffee

Pub crawls have never been my thing – even during my college days. Therefore, you won’t find me in a sea of green t-shirt bar-goers this St. Patrick’s Day. Instead, I will be celebrating the holiday cozied up in our living room, listening to Gaelic Storm and sipping on a warm mug of homemade Irish coffee.

Homemade Irish Coffee

Once you realize how easy it is to make Irish cream at home, you won’t want to buy it in the supermarket anymore! Most of the ingredients will already be in your pantry, and can be whipped up in the matter of seconds. Add a splash to your cup of coffee and volia! you have the perfect drink to celebrate St. Patrick’s day!

*Tip: Tie a ribbon around a glass bottle of this Irish cream and gift to a friend!
