After living in Madison for four years the move to a small, quiet town was a bit of a shock. Common phrases Ian and I used were “where are all the people?!” Or once we finally found a crowd we’d say “I honestly feel we are the youngest people here…” It was obvious that we moved to a family town. Young professionals are few and far between, but we’ve made the most of our little town and I have grown to love it over the past two years! This experience has opened my eyes and I’ve grown even more appreciative of my husband. He has a way of making the smallest outing feel like the event of the season. I can’t help but wonder how I got so lucky.
Here are a few photos from our week. Have a great weekend!
