Walnut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C. apple sauce
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ C. honey
  • ½ C. coconut sugar
  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ C. chocolate chips
  • ½ C. walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˙ and grease bread pan
  2. Mix together the wet ingredients then slowly mix in the dry ingredients
  3. Stir until well combined
  4. Pour mixture into the bread pan and place in the oven
  5. Bake for 55 minutes
