Sometimes these are the hardest posts to write. To be honest, I spend a big chunk of my week in an office working against tight deadlines. When I sit down and think, “hmm, what did I do this week?” I stare at my computer screen for a good ten minutes. Then, through the fog of work to-do lists I remember all the little moments that made me smile – being dragged into an after-hour impromptu brewery tour, dancing the night away at Cheese Fest, and adding a new succulent to our home.

Work kept us busy this week but we made sure to step away from the computer and enjoy the gorgeous weather! We walked at the nature preserve, grabbed drinks at a brewery and browsed the stalls at the farmers market. It’s really starting to feel like summer! This weekend we are headed off to a cheese festival – yes, a cheese festival. I don’t this you can get more Wisconsin than that!
