Snow has frosted our rooftop, but Ian and I are still daydreaming of our last fall excursion – a sunny afternoon at the apple orchard. We got a bit carried away picking apples and left with a huge basket full! The rest of the week was packed with apple pie, caramel apples, and cinnamon apple muffins. Luckily we had hungry coworkers to help eat all of our baked goods!
After waiting anxiously for three months we have our wedding photos! Ian and I sat down over the weekend and scrolled through the album, reminiscing about our wedding day. After a full year in our new town we feel like locals. We can drive to the grocery store without the GPS, recommend restaurants to visitors, and sip coffee at hole-in-the-wall establishments. However, this feeling is only on the surface. We realize there is much more to learn about what our town has to offer and decided to get off the main roads a take a bike ride around our neighborhood.
