Early this week I succumbed to the bug that was going around the advertising department. My constant use of hand sanitizer and daily dose of echinacea were not enough to ward off the bug. Luckily, it only lasted a few days but it left a long to-do list for me to catch up on this weekend. I hope you all are staying healthy and have a great weekend!

I have been in denial that summer ended for quite some time. This week I finally had to face the fact that I no longer can wear open toed shoes or leave the house without multiple layers. Winter weather has arrived. Snow has sprinkled the town and bitter gusts of wind make bundling up a necessity. Luckily, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and the excitement of spending time with family helps keep my mind off the warnings of another polar vortex.
