The last of the snow finally melted this week and it’s beginning to feel like spring. Ian and I decided to forgo the gym and ride our bikes and run on the nature trail by our house. It’s surprising what a bit of fresh air and sunlight can do for your mood! I felt a boost in energy and ended my day feeling productive and satisfied. I hope this feeling lasts through the weekend so Ian and I can cross off a few items on our ever-growing to-do list.
